Health Insurance
IEC Oregon's group discounted health insurance program is one of the largest such groups, with some of the most affordable rates in the state. Several companies have saved more than $20,000 a year through IEC Oregon's plan. Partnering with Health Net health plans, IEC has a variety of plans available to suit the needs of any contractor and their employees. Health Net has one of the broadest coverage areas in Oregon and Southwest Washington in terms of physicians with more than 4,101 through the HMO portion of the plan and 4,732 contracted on the PPO (both are included on our Point of Service Plan, POS, the most popular among our members). IEC Oregon has seven Medical Plans to offer contractors, three Prescription Drug Plans, two Vision Plans, and two Dental Plans . For more information on IEC Oregon's variety of plans and rates contact Chris Peterson at cpeterson@fullertonco.com or call (503) 274-6511.

Disability and Accident Insurance
The company with the funny duck commercials is a leader in providing people throughout the nation disability and accident insurance. AFLAC's various policies allow your employees to purchase coverage with pre-tax dollars to protect them from disabilities that could harm their ability to earn a living. The rates offered to IEC members are cheaper than what your employees could secure on their own, and again come out of their checks before taxes. The added benefit to employers is that your company's payroll taxes are decreased. To obtain more information on Aflac please contact I.E.C of Oregon’s designated representative, Michael A. Stachowiak, BDC
